every child
to belong
Bloom is a non-profit organization in Jordan using football as a tool for inclusion, healing, and empowerment.
We believe every child deserves a chance; a chance to play, to feel seen, and to grow with dignity.
Through football, inclusion, and community, Bloom creates safe spaces where children with Down syndrome and underserved youth can learn, play, and grow.
Our Impact
Children with Down syndrome who experience joy through inclusive football
Underserved youth accessing free sports programs
Young coaches gaining opportunities, purpose, and employment
Families finding a supportive community that believes in their children
Our Programs
Inclusive Football for Children with Down Syndrome
A joyful, weekly football program designed for children with Down syndrome to build confidence, coordination, and social skills; surrounded by love, patience, and community.
Free Football for Underserved Communities
We bring free, high-quality football sessions to children from under-resourced communities to ensure that every child has the right to play, learn, and feel safe.
Youth Coach Pathway
Bloom trains young men and women to become community coaches, giving them leadership skills, employment opportunities, and a purpose-filled role in shaping children’s lives.
Our Story
Bloom began with a single Facebook post.
When Hadeel, Bloom’s co-founder, came across a post from a mother searching for a football academy that could welcome her daughter with Down syndrome. What stood out was not the request itself, but the silence that followed; there were no answers, no places to recommend, no space where she could play.
That moment raised a powerful question: Why doesn’t this space exist?
And if it doesn’t; why not create it?
With no funding, no structure, and no roadmap; just belief; Bloom was born. What started as a simple idea grew into an initiative dedicated to inclusion, dignity, and the joy of football.
At Bloom, we believe every child and every individual, regardless of ability or background, deserves a place in the game we all love.

I like Bloom because everyone plays together. I can try and it’s okay if I make mistakes. I feel good
